LeakingLeaking
Problems with leaking fittings? Consider going to a fitting with fewer leak paths. Utilizing single ferrule technology, CPI™ fittings have only two potential leak paths to seal, not three, as with double ferrule fittings. Plus their superior seat finish provides an enhanced, body-to-ferrule seal.

CCIMS® , our integrated mounting and manifold block, connects instruments directly to process piping in a tiny fraction of the time previously taken. It dramatically reduces the number of joints and therefore, the number of potential leak paths.

PressurePressure
For applications that require medium pressure (15,000 psi) components, our line of MPI™ fittings and valves meets the specs. It's designed to handle liquids, gases, or chemicals and can be used on a wide variety of tubing materials, including cold drawn 1/8 (unannealed) hard tubing or instrument grade thick-walled annealed stainless steel.

Phastite® tube connectors can be used in applications up to 20,000 psi. Phastite tube assemblies have been tested for thermo cycling from -50°C to +175°C (-58°F to 347°F) while pressurized with helium gas. No pressure loss or visible leakage occurred.

CorosionCorrosion
Parker Suparcase®, our proprietary chemical process for the treatment of ASTM 316 stainless steel ferrules, is a true breakthrough when it comes to corrosion resistance in corrosive environments. Parker's Suparcase ferrules have been proven superior to ASTM 316 stainless steel ferrules in a broad range of corrosive applications, offering greater resistance to pitting and superior stress corrosion performance. Suparcase is used on A-LOK®, CPI™ and MPI fittings.

VibrationVibration
Parker's broad range of high quality connector technologies offers multiple solutions to the problems of vibration.

MPI and A-LOK double ferrule fittings utilize a long tube support area that improves resistance to vibration and line loads. Plus both ferrules offer a strong, mechanical hold on the tube.

CPI single ferrule fittings provide superior thermocycling and vibration performance due to the fittings' unique "bowing" action.

Without threaded components, Phastite eliminates potential loosening problems in vibration applications. Phastite has been tested to ISO 19879 and BS 4368 standards at 20 million cycles at between 23 and 47Hz without pressure loss or leakage.
