About

The Hydraulic Pump & Motor Division competitive crossover application is a web app which allows you to enter a competitor's name and part number to find a potential cross-reference to a Parker Low Speed High Torque Torqmotor. Note that this tool does not guarantee a perfect crossover for all specifications, but will direct the requestor to a similar product.

Initial download

For faster searching, the crossover application downloads data into your browser storage. Depending upon the speed of your device processor and the speed of your internet connection, it may take several minutes for the application to load the first time. Most people experience download times of less than one minute. If you clear your browser cache and cookies, the application will have to download again the next time you visit the site.

Responsive design

The crossover application is device independent and works on all kinds of platforms: desktop, laptop, tablets and smartphones. Provided you have modern internet browsers, you’ll be fine. See our note about old, out-of-date internet browsers here.

Automatic updates

After the application is downloaded, the program checks for updated part numbers in the background. Any updates are downloaded automatically and will be visible when you refresh your browser page. There is no action required on your part.

Offline access

After you have downloaded the crossover application, you can access it even if your computer or mobile device is offline. Offline access is automatically enabled when you access the web app for the first time. When activated, the web app downloads the most current database onto your computer or mobile device. If you are not connected to the internet, the most up-to-date data will be loaded by your device automatically the next time you connect.

Create a shortcut

Make your crossover application access even faster by putting a quick link on your desktop or smart phone.

Android mobile devices

1. Open your device's default internet browser
2. Input www.parker.com/torqmotor_crossover into the URL space and press enter
3. When the page loads, open the Tools menu, by tapping the option menu (three dots, shown above)
4. From the resulting drop down box, choose Add to Home Screen
5. The crossover web app will now have an icon on the one of your device's app screen

iPhone and iPads

1. Open your device's default internet browser
2. Input www.parker.com/torqmotor_crossover into the URL space and press enter
3. When the page loads, tap the send icon (box with up arrow shown above) and choose Add to Home Screen
4. The crossover web app will now have an icon on your home screen
