Enter process information:

  • Select maximum gas temperature, including spikes, inside filter:
  • Type of cleaning system:
  • Select PH of condensed moisture in filtered gases and dusts:
  • Oxygen concentration in gas (standard air approx. 21%), enter a value between 0 and 21%:
  • Is moisture causing buildup in dust collector or does gas contain high moisture levels?
  • Is filtered dust abrasive? (examples: worn metal inside collector, holed and damaged filter bags) 
  • Average particle size, in microns:
  • Is static electricity a consideration?
  • Is dust explosive; combustible?
  • Presence of hydro-carbons? (example: partially or unburned fossil fuel, soot)
  • Presence of Fluorides in gas stream?
