Changes and new features
  38093 Restore abnormal panel widths
  If panels (project manager, property inspector) are very wide (i.e. covering the entire main window), they will be restored to their default width at program start.
Bug fixes
  36224 IQANrun jumps to functionality view after changing options
  Fixed.
  37480 Update project can fail for multi-master systems with "update" access level protection
  Could happen with masters in safe mode, or on systems where machine ID was not synchronized.
Fixed.
IQANrun will now also try to login again when switching to a machine with same project but different machine ID.
  38638 IQANrun sometimes do not remember selected IQANconnect license
  Happens if you have an early license installed (IQANrun 4.02 or older). That old license will then be activated at every program start.
Fixed.
