  17992 Create common area in registry for IQAN softwares
  Added common settings for
- IQANconnect keys
- IQANconnect licenses
- Static ethernet connections
- Proemion username/password
- Proxy settings
When changing any of these in IQANdesign/IQANrun they will be updated also for the other program.
  33692 Add link to web store (IQANconnect)
  Added a link to IQAN Store (http://www.iqan.se/store) in the IQANconnect subscription dialog box.
